On Friday night, I took my nieces to watch a movie and grab a bite! The general vote from the little once: Panarotti’s. I don’t mind the place and although I am no regular there, my memory of the place was that they had relatively good food (for a family restaurant).
One of my niece’s ordered this "make your own pizza" from the kiddies menu. I thought it was a good idea. The waiter brought the raw ingredients for her to make her pizza (in a smiley face or whatever design she wants), and would you believe it, there were fly eggs on the ham! I am sorry, but that to me is just wrong! I immediately told the waiter to cancel our order and bring me the bill for the drinks we had already consumed. The manager appologised, and said we need not pay for the drinks, but surely, shouldn’t you ensure that the food you are about to serve a customer be safe for consumption....?
Needless to say, Panarotti’s will never again see me nor my nieces.

That is soooo discusting! However, your's is not the first complaint I've heard about them. I couple of months ago my in-law's went for dinner and a movie and they decided to go to Panarotti's. They had only ordered the crumbed mushrooms and after finishing dinner they went to see the movie. They hardly saw 15 minutes of the movie before they had to rush home due to upset tummies... Turns out they caught a lekka food poisoning, because the mushrooms weren't so fresh (or was it perhaps some fly eggs underneath the delicious crumbs and cheese???)...

About 2 years ago I had a couple of guests over at my flat and we were in the mood for Pizza. So I ordered one of their huge monsterito pizzas. Three hours later it was still not delivered. I called them and they told me "sorry" they forgot about my order. By then it was already 23h00 and they couldnt deliver it anymore ( and I didnt want it anymore). The Manager appologised profusely and promised me they would deliver the pizza the next evening free of charge as compensation. Two years later I am still waiting for that "promised" free delivery. Now that I read what condition their food is in I am glad they never delivered it and glad I never went back to them again.

I stoped loooong ago to go there , same with Ster Kinekor and KFC , Why would I bother to spend money at places that is crap. To tell you the truth I think I was there just about 2 years ago , or mabe even longer , KFC .....Cant even remember how it taste ....Ster Kinekor my last movie was Indeana Jones
