Stealing Children

Black men well dressed following 2 children. The boy is about 8 and the girl about 10.Walking from Maerua towards H and H transport company.They ran asking for help at a house in Krupp Street .The person in that erf was busy loading his bakkie and said they should run he wil hinder or keep the follower busy. Then they came running back said another black guy was waiting at the bottom of the street.So he said he will take them home.They lived near the army base in Suiderhoff.

There have been numerous similar reports relating to kidnapping in the past month, both in South Africa and Namibia.
We urge anyone who has such an incident to please report it to the authorities!
The more people report this kind of activity, the more attention will be given to it. Try to get a description of the perpetrator. If it happens in a public centre, report it to that centre's management as well.
And obviously educate your children on what to do in such a situation, like these children that ran away and looked for help.

I think peole should use their camera phones to take a picture of the suspect.I wonder what is the penalty given by the Namibian law if they catch someone stealing children.
