I am also very frustrated by the lack of service coming from the council offices. The switchboard lady is rude, if you get transferred to a department it is 'not my job, I'll transfer you'. when you pay there are only two or three tellers available. Some having nice casual conversations with each other too. when, like in your case you go and complain at the magistrates office, you are told to go and find that peace officer to verify your story. City polie might be successfull in some areas, but in others they are not. They take about 1/2anhour to respond to a call. The vans are parked in private garages of the policemen at their houses. Whose cars are it, the community's or individual city police officers. I am so fed-up with the service delivery in general and wish we can mobilise ourselves to petition against this poor service delivery. Believe me I am not having a bad day, but the arrogance and ignorance of official is overwhelming. And we PAY. And we pay HIGH amounts for this poor service. Let's start a lobbying group and mobilise ourselves and spek out against this people and their inappropriate behaviour so they can SHAPE UP or SHAPE OUT!!
