and a really smelly guy sat next to me.... I could not open my mouth to ask "the ten thousand dollar question".... sorry.

Nope, no luck yet. Took lunch and parket at Ok parking area. Walk to
wernhill Park, pick 'n pay, milky lane and everywhere. Though "spotted"
was perhaps a clue, maybe you have something "spotted" on.
Will try at 5 again, I will find you

What if i could give you the fugitive’s name? What if i told you the clues are very easy actually and that the hidden message is actually not that hidden after all?

Come on..... I have an idea about who it might be but i have not seen the person again to ask the question. But the clues really do point in that direction so it’s worth a shot. Now just to find the person again.
